BulldogModels Posted January 11, 2017 Share Posted January 11, 2017 Hello everyone, been lurking on the forums for the last few weeks and decided to join up. My name is chris and I'm from hull, I used to build models as a child through to my early teens, mainly WW2 aircraft. I have recently returned to the hobby after stumbeling upon a Facebook page showing some amazing works and it just sparked the bug off again for me. I have to say, a lot has changed since I last tinkered, but after reading some of the tips and tricks here on the forums and the power of YouTube videos it's really opened my eyes to a lot of things. This time around I seem to have a real craving for ww2 armour ... and I have picked up the Sherman "Fury" 1:35 as my first kit in years! It's been a fun build this far and it's allowed me to get my tools back together and new paints and weathering pigments. I've just about got the kit ready for the primer stage, I just need to go and grab an airbrush as my old one no longer works (many years of been boxed up and dropped).
