Stew Dapple
Another collection of beauties Tony, nice work This many builds would be impressive alone, that these were done in addition to your Spitfires and Hurricanes makes a remarkable tally for the year Cheers, Stew
woody37
Amazing 2016, I worry about the size of the stash and I think you build more each year than I have in it! Yet more great schemes & builds
Hypnobear
Excellent work as always, and some very unusual schemes again such as the natural metal RAF B 17 - haven't seen one like that before
JimHead23
Beautiful work Tony as always. I hope you are getting back to normal? Regards Jim
Edge
Really lovely builds Tony - particularly liking the silver Thunderbolt, but I'd be happy to put my name against any. I hope the issues that slowed you down at the end of 2016 pass soon. Edge
Natter
Good lord Tony. What with the Hurricanes and Spitfires in part 1 of the year book I can't see where you find time to breathe between models, never mind anything else. Brush painted? How on earth do you get a fantastic finish like that on your models with a brush?
pacificmustang
Wonderful stuff Tony, and all in schemes not always seen may 2017 be kind to you Bruce
AdrianMF
A super set of builds - I am amazed at how you manage to knock out so many multi-engined finishes! Hoping you have a better 2017. Regards, Adrian
tonyot
Thanks for all of your lovely remarks....... I really appreciate them and I`m just glad that you like them. I was rushed by Ambulance to Salford Royal Spinal Unit again on Friday and had a spinal op over the weekend to remove part of a vertebrae and one of my damaged discs,......this has stopped all of the excruciating pain in my left leg straight away and also restored the feeling to my groin and bladder,........ they are absolute starS at that place and they have got me back to where I was before October,..........I cannot think of a word big enough to thank them. In the bed next to me was an ex Colour Sgt called Ray from the Cheshire Regt who was fighting his third brain tumour and the op to remove the last one left him paralysed down one side,.......I have never met a braver, nicer man in my liFe and you always have to remember than there are others out there in far worse situations than yourself,...it was humbling to meet this lovely bloke! Anyway I`l stop spieling now,.....cheers again and lets hope we all have a brilliant 2017! Cheers, Tony. JimHead23
Good luck to you Tony. I hope this is you turning the corner on your back problems and it's nice to hear someone giving praise to the NHS for a change in this difficult time. I've just got my Mum home from the local hospital after week in due to a flair up of her inoperable cancer. They couldn't have done more for her but the hospital is running on empty and changes need to happen. I look forward to more of your wonderful wips this year. I always seem to learn something new about a subject that's dear to me with every one so please keep it up! Regards Jim
tonyot
Hiya Folks,.....well my message above was a bit premature,......because th op went wrong and I had to have the whole thing done a matter of weeks later,..... which wasn`t as successful as the first op initially was,....oh well! Anyway,.... my update here is to say that since the Photobucket disaster removed all of the photos,....I have updated them again using Flickr! Cheers Tony
