Epeeman
All, This is a really nice kit from Hasegawa - goes together very nicely with good fit of parts - wing fit is exceptionally good. Some care required applying the decals as they are very thin and tear really easily unless handled with a bit of caution. They do react well to both setting and softening solutions and settle down really well. In terms of my build, nothing exceptional - built straight from the box. Brush painted using Revell acrylic 'Aqua' colours. Weathered as best I can using the AK chipping effects fluid (which most likely works better with a sprayed finished), Mig wash, dry brushing and artist pastels for the exhaust stains. Radio antenna rigged using fine 'EZ' line. I opted to put the pilot in as I am lead to believe the seat supplied in the kit is not accurate - it also saves having to knock up a harness as well. As always, constructive comments welcome. Regards Dave
