Trying to get the gloss finish on card or paper is going to be fun. Might have to find sone PVA glue from some where.
shood23
Yeah paper would definitely be way too flimsy for this. I have alot of photo card knocking about left over from the other half's Christmas bits she did so will give that a go but if not I see a trip to whsmiths tomorrow. richj
You should definitely get a WIP up. I built the Rolling Stone NSX back in October and plan to do a few more with proper glossy paper. What did you use to score the paper? I ended up using part of a paper clip fitted into a scapel handle. I tried my wifes paper scorers from her papercrafting and they were just too big. Also as it was just a practice used plain 220 card which worked well for strength and forming curves, so model isn't shiny and colours aren't right cause of that. also compounded by my lousy camera on my phone. Looks great! For scoring the paper/card, i first used, what i thought was an empty biro until it started working again. Then i used some tweezers or a slotted headed screw driver. I hadn't thought of using anything like that for scoring, over complicated things for myself
