Bell209
G'day all, Thought I'd upload the shots of my finished Lincoln. Full build details at 1/72 RAAF Lincoln B.30 - Work in Progress - Aircraft - Britmodeller.com It's the 1980's Airfix Lancaster with the DB Models conversion bits (three kits in all - fuselage/wings, engines, propellers) and a heap of additional bits added. Not my best but it looks like a Lincoln in the cabinet.
Graeme H
Good to see the older conversion still works well, very nice
Bell209
Thanks Graeme. The vacform bits were rather painful, though! Airfix is sure to produce an injection-moulded complete kit of the B.2/B.30 now I've finally finished it! woody37
Lovely build. If you fancy doing another, the Blackbird conversion for the new Airfix kit is very nice. Great scheme you've chosen too
