There are a few designs for that window, round, oval  and two different rectangular sizes. there might even be an oblong too.

That Princess is stunning.  Didn't they think of making a Princess nuclear powered?

Made me think of another odd ball flying boat my granddad used to talk about - the Shorts Mayo.  Two for the price of one.  Apparently he saw one (or two) flying

I can't remember TBH, the photos are of a later mk.ia, I may of looked at photos of early ones when doing that. A quick google search here shows one with more rounded lower window...

To me (on the uppersides) this AC looks like it's in TSS ?

One only sees it if it is enlarged by clicking on the + symbol at photoshop ..

Could that even be ?

 

Sorry for the side tracking anyways ... I won't mind if no one responds, I just found it interesting.

I did not note his name but I believe it is the chap with the blue jumper who is pointing at the model.

 

The Princess is a 1/72 scale vacuform model which is available to order from the Seawings website.
