Jamie @ Sovereign Hobbies
I'm just not very productive modelling-wise and this year I have scattered efforts across many little projects. I have finished 4 altogether in 2016: De Havilland Mosquito T.III "RR299" G-ASKH (Tamiya 1/48 FB.VI kit with home-made cockpit mods to T.III standard, Paragon Designs filtered carburettor intakes and modified resin wheels by someone I can't remember, Xtracrylics paint and Xtradecal lettering) Hawker Tempest V JN766 (Eduard Profipack 1/48 kit with Alleycat rear fuselage, Barracuda resin wheels, Colourcoats paints) Junkers Ju87B-2 Stuka (Revell 1/48 kit - Hasegawa tooling I think? Eduard superfabrics seat belts, Colourcoats paints, FCM decals, Eduard Brassin MG15 machine gun and Infini Model rigging line) Hawker Hurricane Mk.1 Trop P2638 (Airfix 1/48 kit, Ultracast resin seat and armour back plate, exhausts & mainwheels, Colourcoats paints and Infini Model rigging line) Thanks for all the encouragement along the way folks (especially with my self-inflicted dramatics with the Tempest ). Edited December 19, 2016 by SovereignHobbies I read the instructions
Duncan B
Nice work Jamie, my favourite is your Tempest. Duncan B
Jamie @ Sovereign Hobbies
Thank you Duncan. That Tempest was a trek, but mostly self inflicted and we got there in the end! Initially I had planned to build 4 Hawkers concurrently - Hurricane, Typhoon, Tempest and Sea Fury. I'm glad I didn't or we'd still be on a WIP thread watching me filling and sanding, then filling again
Stew Dapple
They are all excellent, but the Hurricane is my personal favourite, it looks really good in that scheme Cheers, Stew

Jamie @ Sovereign Hobbies
Thank you both Sometimes it's the social interaction (even if by proxy) which keeps me going, particularly when something gets difficult. You're good people
CliffB
All very nice builds Jamie, but I think that the Huuicane just shades it as my favourite too Cliff
