Another to try posting pics... Pheww it worked anew !! I know, it's just figurative, but the propeller of a -5 Corsair against a Bird dog..... So the advice of the day... If you fly a Cessna Bird dog, DO NOT venture in front of a running -5 Corsair It will result in a Chomp Chomp Chomp nom nom affair !! As the stub pylons are so tiny on the -5, I added some tiny pegs... Then, I see that they used kind of bridles on the ordnance selected... More to come soon... Otherwise, The usual adjustment if you unfold the wings... I think that the bare necessities for this kit are the Quickboost exhaust for Ni Fi version, The propeller hub is for a better but not necessary as the kit part can be upgraded... Then the wheels is another welcome goody !! the -5 is better than their -4 offering. Now, when I'll have mine, I'll have a look at the radar pod, if they put a copy of the -4 pod..... But I managed some bench time... Yesterday I picked up the -5 and there we were... I was working on payload and once again... The I was installing the scratchbuild rear view mirror and a big drop of glue elected to fall on the canopy.... I let it dry while I was firing a full broadside of very nasty words... And here we are after micromeshing and compound cream... A bit of polish and I think it's fixed... So a bit of fun now... Did one know that there was chinese pilots in the 50's U.S Navy ??? Try to read the name offered in the kit's decal sheet... Always trying to read the decals before apply... And now Gents !! Just a reminder...
