John I'm not a great fan of cognac either, but I must say that here, one almost can taste it... The drink I cannot cope with is Ricard or pastis or all that kind of stuff, When I worked behind the counter and to serve it for customers, I kept my breath... I do prefer Single malts or Whiskey ... Now, with something like 50 kits at different state of dereliction, my hands are full for a while.... But see, I did'nt touch to the already started kits that are not on WiP thread yet.... Marklo
I must admit I like starting kits/builds too , but I’m trying to stay firm. I have my shelf of doom down to three or four subjects and only a few kits with a little paint on them but back in their boxes and I only have two on the bench. I’d love to get down to only one or two builds on the go, maybe someday .

corsaircorp
Hello Dears, Sooo You think that I forget my pony lunacy ??? Nope !! This evening, I played with Wheel wells... Have a great modelling time !! Sincerely. CC
corsaircorp
Hello Dears, Here I'm again Yesterday on the road, I've got a Vivaro with a clogged exhaust filter... Damned maldito FAP... So I tried a forced regeneration, since it work oftenly... And it has worked fine and I took a screenshot, see what is happening.... Look @perdu, it's amazing to see the PC piloting the engine.... And these temperatures... one better put the car in an open space with nothing flamable around the car.... Funny enough, very oftenly, the owner of the car is wondering... "why did you fire the gas pedal that way ??" My reply is always the same "Sir did you notice that I'm not IN the car ??" On the pony front now.... Wheel wells piping painting yesterday... However the Eduard kit is more detailled with a crisp and sharp moulding, I really enjoy this Airfix Mustang !! Really funny to build up !! As fas as I experienced More fun down the pipe Gents !! Enjoy a good and fun Easter week end !! Sincerely. CC 4
perdu
I had one guy with a Vauxhall/ Opel that kept showing changing fault codes which his garage guy couldn't fix. I plugged my ViXeN into the OBD and shocked him by removing all the fault codes and getting clean restarts all by sitting in his passenger seat. I'm a great fan of telematics. Rather keen on Mustangs too though I'll never make another. 1
Dunny
Lovely work Alain - my mojo is also fighting a rearguard action on Hoth, but it is pleasing to hear that Belgian motorists are no less than the rest of the world. I hope you and Madame CC have a lovely Easter, Cheers, Roger

There were two styles of DFF's (dorsal fin fillet) fitted. One had a curved upper surface, and was called the 'swayback' fillet and the other had a straight upper surface. IIRC, the swayback fillet was retrofitted to early production D-5's and was also fitted to P-51B/C's by means of a factory supplied kit. The late production D-5 and subsequent blocks had the straight fin fillet installed at the factory of manufacture. The swayback fillet is hard to see in many period photos, as it has a very gentle curve. Lots of discussion, drawings, and photos on the subject on the P-51 SIG website. Mike Scroll down the linked article below to see excellent photos and drawings that show both types. As you can see, the difference is small but noticeable, once you know what to look for. Hope this helps! https://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?/topic/74566-revell-early-mustang-check-mate/ I will be glad when social distancing is no longer needed in the Naughty Corner, @corsaircorp!

Yup, here they get to the garage for a fault... then they learned that the diagnosis will cost 85€ So, they get out and call for us, of course it's free when menbers of Touring.... Now, with the E card, it can be done from our tech desk in Bruxelles.... One of my fav fixing is the weasels attack... These damn beasties develloped a huge thirst for Turbo's command pipes... 12 hours ago, Dunny said: Lovely work Alain - my mojo is also fighting a rearguard action on Hoth, but it is pleasing to hear that Belgian motorists are no less than the rest of the world. corsaircorp
Hello Dears, Here we are.... 4 little armour plates from 4 D ponies.... well Tamiya's okay... But as Eduard gave us a lot of really detailled parts for the different blocks of Mustangs... Why not using the right IP for the right version ??? So, I erased the Tamiya almost flat details.... And DANG !!! Here we are again.... Tam and his Ukrainian cousin are now improved a bit... Now, I cannot let all these PR unused... To be followed.... And, Aaaaand....
