Mancunian airman
Hi all I am in the process of hand painting squadron codes on an aircraft currently WIP. having removed the masking tape I find that the paint is a little proud .. . . I need to flatten this down but just unsure of the best method ? Would a soft brush on a hand-held modellers drill be sufficient to take the high edges off ? I dont think using abrasive sand papers would be ideal. any help with be appreciated. Ian
JasonC
I think a very fine paper/cloth like Micromesh (say 4000) might be the way to go. Alternatively a similarly fine sanding stick, gently applied, should get rid of the ridge. I would be wary of anything mechanised as the chances of disaster go up exponentially. cheers, Jason
Gazmill
Please ignore this if it is a completely obvious and stupid question but could you use a little T-Cut?
