Heraldcoupe
Can anyone point me towards reliable references on the Bristol Blenheim Mk.V? I'm particularly looking for details of the engine nacelles and undercarriage doors, to date I've been unable to find any clear photographs. None of the books I own on the type have been helpful, Cheers, Bill.

The wooksta V2.0
To my eyes, the u/c nacelles are closer to Beaufighter ones. MPM definitely got them wrong.

MPM and Classic Airframes both use the MkI-IV nacelle and it looks very wrong. I've been going at the IWM archives and the shape is very different to the earlier types, but I can't find a view from underneath to assess the plan view. The taper has to be different as the top line of the doors is more or less parallel to the wing, while the width of the door itself doesn't taper as markedly as it would need to to fit the early nacelle. I think you're right that it's close to the Beaufighter's nacelle in shape, but the doors appear to be shorter (front to back). Cheers, Bill.

Afraid I've alrady looked in that direction, the Beaufort nacelle has a distinct kink in the door line, each nacelle having four doors to the Blenheim/Beaufighter's two, Cheers, Bill.
