Sorry, but this is terrible for me: I'd LOVE to see Austrian-Hungarian aeroplanes of WW1 in 1:32th scale, but will never ever buy or build a resin kit. Now as we have this resin Aviatik Berg D.I, Wingnut Wings unfortunately will never   Kit that type. A huge SIGH from me here!

Why the adversion to resin, if I may ask?

I simply don't like working with the material and can't handle well larger resin parts, Andy. Have to admit, though, I did not tackle a resin kit for more than 10 years. Please, don't get me wrong: I appreciate HpM doing this Aviatik, but it's simply not for me.

Don't give up hope. Roden issued a DH2  and Triplane, and Hobbycraft did the Camel well before WNW, but that didn't stop Peter Jackson. I hope he does this subject because HPH prices are eye-watering!

Simultaneously with the 1/32 scale Aviatik Berg D.1 kit, an engine section 1/18 scale kit is being prepared. For maximum realistic appearance, the kit will contain laser-cut plywood parts, as well as highly detailed resin and brass parts. See the attached photos for more details.
