1/72 - PZL P.11g Kobuz resin kit by Yellow Box - released

If somone would like to know more about this bird - this is a variant of PZL-P11 with Bristol Mercury VIII engine (835 HP), difference in armament and closed cockpit, existing as a single prototype. Despite beeing a prototype she took part in defense of Poland in September 1939 with some successes.

@JWM do any photos exist of the aircraft during the September campaign?

 

I wonder what colour it would be?

 

Arma Hobby have been releasing some nice PZL aircraft in 1/72, and now we have this. The photo-etch radiators look quite an evening's work to assemble :D:o !

 

I would like one. My Polish is not as good as it used to be, I went to the website and sent an enquiry. I hope it made sense :)

PS: It looks like this manufacturer also made a PZL 50, but it looks like it has sold out :( .

Tony - as far as I know nothig is known here for sure. If you are able to read some Polish here is a lot of details and photos of scratch conversion of it:

However - I am almost sure, that the painting scheme which will be provided by producer will be the most probable one...
