But be aware Zvezda is probably still slowly recovering from the sudden death of its founder, owner and charismatic boss, Konstantin Krivenko, in the Summer 2014 (http://spottinground.com/founder-zvezda-konstantin-krivenko-passes-away/). Try to imagine Eduard without Vladimír Šulc! Furthermore Zvezda it's much more than plastic kits: http://www.zvezda.org.ru/ V.P. sofiane1718
"I mean as a post WWII subjects quarter scaler... " Yes I can understand that, but as a 1/72 jet scaler and 1/144 airliners scaler I'm pretty happy But you still have Airfix, and also maybe Trumpeter, Revell, Hasegawa; Eduard etc... We'll see what they have for you

JackG
Notice their 109G that was scheduled for this year, is now in their 2017 catalogue. Wonder what happened? regards, Jack
sofiane1718
Same for their Il-76 that was planned for 2015, I think they put some projects on side to focus on other subjects.
MarkoZG
Another disappointing catalogue by Zvezda (3rd in a row). Long time ago they announced snap-fit kit of La-7, at the time when Ju 87, Fw 190 and Me 109F were just announcements as well, but they never mentioned it again. Also no new MiG-29 9.12 and no further Su-27 family kits. All in all, great disappointment. Edited November 7, 2016 by MarkoZG
SeaVenom
Can anyone post the ships? Those pages aren't loading for me.
Dennis_C
737-800 should be a bestseller! As far as I know it's not been packed by any one so far. And it's such a popular airplane. Yak-130 is also a very good news.

Yes, I would have been glad to see a new 1/72 snap-fit kit of any Russian single-engined fighter of the GPW to the same standard as their excellent Yak-3, but I guess I'm going to have to wait a bit longer, unless they plan some surprises! Col.
The Il-76 caught my eye. Still a big model even in 144th scale but an iconic Cold War type in my conscious.
Class377fcc12
Hopefully the 737-800 is better than the Revell offering.

Ryan Hothersall
Excellent news on 1:72 Yak-130. Only other 1:72 kit was from Amodel of the prototype. Wont say no to the 1:72 MiG-29SMT either.

AlCZ
Baaah, and where is 1/72 La-5FN ? Another "Gustav" (yes, for home market ideal kit). I still hope for more Soviet WW II airplanes... I like their Click and Clack kits.

Hopefully Zvezda will be wise enough to include Belarusian markings into the kit. For instance, Revell tends to offer markings for neighbour countries whenever possible
