Booty003
That's a lovely build Tony. The cockpit looks fantastic. There's a surprising amount of stencil data on it too - didn't expect that!!
Booty003
Just remembered that I built one of the tiny Eduard 1/144 MiG 21's a few months ago and recalled at the time how amazing the detail was and how well it went together, also thought that a larger scale version would be a pleasure to build! I may have to invest to compliment the Eduard F-4 that I have in the stash.
RODH2
Genuine question... Having been to Vietnam, and sat in a MiG-21, I am wondering if Academy's MiG-21 has an over-scale cockpit/canopy area compared to Eduards offering. I have held my Academy model up to my monitor and can't really tell..... any thoughts out there on this? Beautiful model, BTW!!
fewr9fkr9595
Yeah they (academy ones) do look a bit bulbous around the cockpit/canopy area to me too 👍🏿 As too which one is correct i'd guess this one as its a more recent release by eduard...
