In my mind would make sense to use them as its a heavier plane with more fuel in that bigger spine. Regards Simon. Hi Simon, It was a while back and some were mixes from what I remember. Plus then variations within those for shading and fading... In summary- wheel bays - xf4 yellow green. wheels hubs x28 park green. the undersides were based off of xf23 light blue. Preshaded with xf8 blue first. Uppers - light sand was in and around xf57 buff. Darker sand was based off xf 78 wooden deck tan Earth (tiny bit on nose next to blue numbers was xf52 earth. light green was xf5 green with white and yellow. Dark green was either xf61 dark green or xf 13 j.a. green again with some variation. Cockpit was blue with a touch of yellow and alot of white to match the decals. Hope this helps mate... Hello Tony, I was about to ask the same question, so thank you for the answer. Although the SMT is not my favourite (Sorry F-32) silver fish.. Your is well Worth the award. XF 23 blue gave a very realistic effect, congratulations ! Soviets colors are not the easiest ones to be reproduced. Again Thank for sharing, well done !
