Hi Guys,

This is a left over from the Fw-190 GB that was finished last weekend. I will start this after the Telford show (SMW) in a few weeks.

Here is the link to the build sofar.

Gelukkig nieuw jaar!  Happy New Year!

Sorry guys, no pictures jet, but I have made a small bit of a progress.

The canopies are dipped in Klear and I made a progress on the seat by putting the seat belts on. Also put in the revi sight.

The seat belts still needs to be painted and then the seat can go in and the canopie closed.

I will get my teeth into this this week and hope to do some pictures as well.

Cheers,

Finally I have started the painting. I don't know what it is, but I have still lost of interest in this project.

I must need to finish this one fast or she will go back on the shelf of doom and there are already enough models on there.

Here are some pictures.

The model before painting, with some tape to hold the canopy in line before the glue was dry.

And after painting the underside white. There is already tape in place before the red will go on.

And finally after the red is on.

This is it for today.

I will try to do the RLM 76 tomorrow. Then I hope to put on the other colours this weekend.

Maybe getting some paint on will get your interest back, I know when I get to the painting and decalling stage that my enthusiasm for a build gets higher, that white and red paint looks great by the way

Cheers

Having enjoyed watching this one take shape during the GB I'm now keen to see you get it coloured in here Arnold ;) It certainly looks great with the lower surface stripes in place.

Who knows, you may inspire me to do that Soviet D-9 project I never even started in the GB...

And she is finally finished. I don't know what it was, but I started this build a few years back with great fun to build it and then it became sour.

But she is done, not my best work, but good enough to put on a show table.

Here are some pictures. The rest will go in the Gallery.
