Julien
The Yorkshire Air Museum is just ourside of York on the Site of old RAF Elvington. This was the only bomber airfield in the UK to field Squadrons drawn from The Free French Air Force. As well as the aircraft the Museum hosts The Air Gunners Collection dedicated to the memory of the 20,000 Air Gunners who lost their lives in World War II.
