Graham77
The paint is on and some advice is needed First the pic and a little bit later now for the help, I have masked the tailplane and tomorrow will do the wing upper surface, but what colour do you all find matches the Boeing wing panel the best. Every other airliner I have built has had decals for the panels on the wing. I'll try matching those but thought I'd ask while I was here. Thanks for watching and your tips Graham
Romeo Alpha Yankee
Looking good there! You are talking about the corogard sections Graham. The colour varies due to the age of the coating and lighting conditions. I usually use Tamiya metallic grey mixed with a light shade of grey ( to taste) for my corogard mix. Not sure if you use Xtracolor paints, but they have Corogard their range (X331)
Graham77
Thanks TrojanThunder, that's exactly what I meant. I'll see what I have in the paint stash...there are a lot of variants on grey for various military jet projects...more to follow.
Graham77
Well sadly not making it to the finish line in time. The decals for this are really thin and fiddly so have only managed to get one side done. See you in KUTA for the finished product cheers for looking Graham
