ABeck
The Berlin Hobbyshop Zinnfigurenkabinett has some Revell 2017 Q1 announcemnets on ist website. As far as aircraft are concerned there are no new toolings but some interesting take-overs. The Spit Mk. IXc might be a Version of the 32nd Mk.1/II kit. The bridgelayer Biber on Leopard chassis is hopefully a variant of the new 35th Leopard. https://www.zinnfigur.com/Modellbau/Neuheiten/ Andreas Beck
172flogger
MiG-29S must be from Zvezda (like Su-27SM, Topol, Mi-24V or Mi-26...)
172flogger
Czech modellers spotted boxes with kits packed for Revell at Special Hobby web. Reply from company was types are still classified. https://www.zinnfigur.com/Modellbau/Neuheiten/ in Revell list of 2017 releases are AH-1G and Vampire listed (without details or scale). Both could be from S.H.
dreamwriter
The Ju-88A-4,if it is 1/48, must be a Dragon rebox or the S.H. one that is already an ICM rebox.
Giorgio N
The price for the AH-1G seems very low, quite often kits that cheap from Revell are either their old tools or Matchbox reboxes. As Matchbox had am AH-1G, this is a possibility
GreenDragon
Could also be the Monogram Cobra? Paul Harrison

172flogger
Or a Special Hobby beacuse still unknown kits reboxed by Revell are confirmed but prices of new Vampire and Cobra are very different.
Biggles81
A 1/35 Leopard Biber would be nice but 24 euros seems cheap for a kit of what would be a substantial size. Could it be a 1/72 scale model I wonder?
gioca
this year Revell repoped the OH58 ... 72nd scale. Really nice price, it could be an Italeri repop and it was the old "matchbox" , so I think now that for a nice price the more logical choice for Revell is using their own tools, and Matchbox tools are now Revell properties - also Monogram could be of course ! Or ... those prices are far from being real prices and so the game is still really open ... and Special Hobby could be part of it. gioca
Hannants reportd the AH1G as a 1/100 kit, so not a 1/72nd scale kit. In this case it should be a Special Hobby kit, made by SH for Revell ... Ciao

alex
Revell has uploaded the instruction of the new Tiffy: http://www.revell.de/fileadmin/import/images/bau/03952_%23BAU_EUROFIGHTER_TYPHOON.PDF Well, 4 Meteor and AMRAAM each, two AIM-9 and IRIS (NO ASRAAM!!), and three tanks, no ordnance. AAR-Probe can be shown extended, but no PIRATE sensor. Only one decal variant, a German special scheme of the Richthofen. And more expensive. Disappointed... Alex edit: some parts blacked out on the ordnance sprue, so maybe some RAF ordnance may be included. Edited October 21, 2016 by alex
alex
The instruction of the Phantom can be fonund too: http://www.revell.de/fileadmin/import/images/bau/03941_%23BAU_PHANTOM_II.PDF Alex
Giorgio N
So if the Cobra is 1/100 we now know what kit will be reissued. And that would probably be the worst of the possible options...

niki
Given the old molds of the Monogram F-4 (with a couple of runs to their credit by now) and some of Revell's recent new releases where the molding quality left a lot to be desired (especially on the clear parts), I really hope this will turn out alright! I've been wanting one for ages... L.E.: I wonder what prompted Revell to bring out another EF Typhoon kit in 1/72!? Edited October 21, 2016 by niki L.E. alex
I built the Monogram Phantom many years ago, and was impressed by its fitting and details (raised, though!). Considering the price, I think it's better rescribing than getting one of the rather expensive Hasegawa-Phantoms (with no ordnance anyway).
