You can read the WIP here but to recap: UH-1D Slick 116th Assault Helicopter Company - "The Hornets" 1965-1971 Kit: Italeri 1247 UH-1D Iroquois Scale: 1/72 Paints: Revell acrylics, brush painted. Future, Flory Models Wash Decals: Kit Extras: Scratchbuilt door guns mounts; M-60s from spares box. Engine mesh from teabag (!) seat belts from masking tape Thanks for looking and all comments welcomed! Have you found any hint of a tail sitting tendency on this model? Although it never happened for this GB, I still have a Esci UH-1D to finish; I will nonetheless have to source after market decals.
