I only changed the propeller (on the 688 Flight I too) and scratchbuild the mast . Only one small comment is your missing the non slip walkway running down the top of the sub. I usually paint these matt black in contrast to satin black for the hull. Kagou Posted October 2, 2016 Author Share Posted October 2, 2016 (edited) Thx for yours comments Ok I tried to explain my weathering method (sorry for my mistake English......I'm french ) After paint and decals I put a layer of Klir (a product to wash the ground but in fact an acrylic vanish).Masking the water line and I started the weathering with pigments (different white , grey).I put a "juice" sorry but I can't find the English translation ; it's a mixed with Humbrol light grey paint and lot of white spirit (90 - 95 %).Let it flow this mixed on the hull .If I want some green I use Mig product effects slimy grime dark and slimy grime light .Finally a matt vanish .
