invidia
i wonder if anyone can help here, i have been building this kit and painted it but the decals are really bad, they have broken up ( no shattered) when i put them in warm water. I have painted it red and white for the detriot news aircraft. I am wondering if anyone dos after market decals for this aircraft or has anyone got any i could buy off them. cheers james
JWM
My experience with Williams Bross decals is that they are not applicable at all - as they are taken out of box. One have to cover them with varnish before immersing into water. I am sorry to say... Good luck and cheers Jerzy-Wojtek
cossack52
is this a "new" issue of the kit?the original kits had microscale decal sheets.i'd recommend a bottle of microscale liquid decal film,it works with most decals

Don McIntyre
Have you tried contacting Williams Brothers? I guess if they haven't released the kit since their new iteration, you may not have any luck but it's worth a try. The decals on your kit will be very old, that's probably why they acted as they did. I've used them in the past (Boeing 247D and C-46) but the kits were recently released when I built them so the decals hadn't aged much. http://www.wmbros.com/ I see the kit is listed on their website, but I don't know if it's still got the Detroit news markings in it or not. JWM
Great to hear, that they are back alive! In 1/72 only B247 and C 46 are missing...Instead L10 appeared! Cheers J-W
