The Leopard scheme is quite strange, but it's executed brilliantly, as we've come to expect from you!

But how would they keep those jet turbines alive with all that African dust around--?

Well, imagine that the Lybian Air Base "Ain El Ghazala" built a concrete landing strip. The nation, which managed to build a jet flying wing in the middle of the 20th century, it would be done it with ease.
