batcode
managed to finish both of these today and admit once got back to the desk really enjoyed building these, but especially enjoyed the paint and weathering stage as tried few new things!!!!the builds themselves were both straight forward yes had few tiny issues but will put these down to being old kits lol....For the wreathing on the Tamiya 'Frank' I used the salt technique and on the Arii kit I used Ak chipping fluid as wanted to try them side by side and in way glad I did as you can see how different the results were, but I am happy with the results and glad did to different methods as least they look different. For the schemes I wanted to do something different so went for something a bit more lively lol.. First up the Arii Ki-43 Tamiya Ki-84 the pair together

Learstang
Excellent job on both! You can see how the 'Frank' was the 'Oscar's 'big brother'. Regards, Jason
