mathy
Here some pics of my new J-29F. I know the scale is more 1:52 as 1:48, but nevertheless I build it due to the nice details and so far the shape looks good to me.

polo1112
I think the scale does not really matter!! What is important is was you did with this kit: A fantastic depiction of the J-29 F. a very interesting representation of a forgotten fighter. It is so impressive with its barrel like look. Great work !!! :goodjob:
exdraken
turned out fantastic! but don't put it next to a AZ (sic!) or Pilot Replicas one! do you have picture of the underside as well? hwo many different sizes of roundels are included in these decals? I always thought that only the underwing roundels are much bigger Ãn size! the markings look quite ok! Edited July 25, 2016 by exdraken
modelling minion
Looks good to me, a great build regardless of the scale of the kit. Well done.

mathy
Tanks for the words! For the NMF I used Alclad Aluminium as the basic plus some different Alclad metalics for painting some sections

Orangesherbert
Wow. And to use an overused word, that is awesome. And a great presentation as well. The metal is breathe taking. Kudos to you sir !
Oscar
Absolutely WONDERFUL Matthias. Outstanding paintjob and weathering. This little fat fella must be one of the most charming -and also neglected- post WWII jets. The HobbyBoss rendering seems pretty fair to me. Personally, I'm not bothered by 2mm more or less. (Another) master class model from your workbench. Best wishes from Chile.
Andy Dyck
I never saw a better one !! It turned out very excellent! I think the scale doesnt matter so much in this case!! :goodjob: Andy
Habu12
Tanks for the words! For the NMF I used Alclad Aluminium as the basic plus some different Alclad metalics for painting some sectionsThat's exactly what I use and how I do it, only I'm impatient and don't get as meticulous. Again, nice job!
mirageiv
Another extraordinary model! I don't understand how anyone could make a model kit look more real to my eye, perfect! How do you weather the metal surface like that? Is it some kind of wash/powder or airbrushed on? Cheers, David.
mathy
Hello David! most was done with airbrush using differend Alclad colours, the rest I made with AK weathering colours and black Tamiya powder.
