Spitfire31
A truly excellent Spitfire, looking just right! Only nit pick concerns the antennas – it would have either the radio aerial wire between the mast and the rudder or the IFF antennas from the rear fuselage to the stabilators – not both at the same time: http://spitfiresite.com/2010/04/spitfire-masts-and-aerials.html/2 The reason being that when the IFF antennas were introduced, the radio equipment had already been changed to VHF sets, whose aerial was integral to the antenna mast. Splendid modelling! Kind regards, Joachim
Vince Blackburn
Thank you guys for the positive comments. Joachim I will remove the mast line as the poor bugger always gets knocked off anyway, cheers the the advice.
