stevehnz
Nice Alan, that really is a bit FAB. I'm so in envy of your finish, one of those just right, not too much of this or that finishes, right on the button. Steve.

Romeo Alpha Yankee
Looks great Allan! You mentioned your own decals, how did you do the white door outlines?
Alan Sannazzaro
I must have got a good one, I didn't struggle with the joint. Glad you like it. That's nice! Very clean and tidy. Isn't that wing joint just so much fun to get rid of? Great work
Alan Sannazzaro
I'll be doing it, go on- get both! :-) That's a work of art very impressive might have to get one ! But then I will have to get the C-17 !! Guy
Alan Sannazzaro
I masked and painted the white door surrounds. They didn't take long. Looks great Allan! You mentioned your own decals, how did you do the white door outlines?

hairystick
At 1:72 she is still massive! A serious amount of display room required. Beautifully finished (as expected) and the time spent on the props certainly shows. Fantastic work Alan!
Meatbox8
A really terrific model with a beautiful finish. Great to see one in 'proper' markings too, instead of development aircraft. I'd love one but no idea where it would live so will probably go for the 144th option. Let's hope they sort out the issues on the real thing. kiwitrogg
Superb work Allan ! Those props must have been a kit in themselves, patience and attention to detail in bucketloads on display there. I wonder if we'll see an equivalent 'City of Auckland' in our skies one day ! Very Nice. Gaz
