Xenol Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 Big beast of a model, made for a competition in the Air Cadets. Went together really nicely - good detail throughout. Very glad of Eduard's Masks for this one! If you are gonna make one, a few tips that I wish I'd done - leave the cockpit unglued, the radome makes a perfect handle to take it off, and the cockpit detailing is too nice to go dissapearing into the bowels. Also, you have to be aggressive with the lead-shot in the nose, I filled the nosecone and front wheelbay with lead pellets and it's still a tailsitter! Note, for some reason it's telling me "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." 71chally Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 (edited) I would urge you to use Flickr as your host site, linking to Photobucket can take you to suspicious pages etc. If you do use Flickr, upload your image, then you will see a 'share photo' arrow icon lower left, select BB code (800 Medium good size), highlight and copy code, then paste into your post here, the image will appear with the description that you added and your name/username. Lovely build on your Catalina there, I used to have this kit in the stash but sold it, regret it now as does look a really nice kit.
