jean
Extremely well built, painted and weathered Mustang.! Congrats!!! Just one point of detail: there is a spelling mistake in the plane's nickname... which should be "Glamorous Glen". 'Dommage', but not the most noticeable thing. JR Thanks, but I guess you should take it up with mr. Yeager.. He corrected it on the other Glen's.. The only picture of this particular plane I know of.. Thanks guys. Tamiya 1/48 kit. Remade into an early block 5/7 by removing fuel tank in cockpit and scratchbuild radio set. Adjusted the curved floor with a genuine wooden flat surface. Drop tanks from the P-51D kit, with taller fuel filler caps. Paint is basically Mr. Color Neutral Grey and Olive Drab. Weathered with lightened Gunze. Prop, wheels, seat, flaps are Ultracast. Wheel bay from Vector. Eduard PE. Eaglestrike decals. Rexx exhausts. Edited June 26, 2016 by Sid de Koning
Bob Henry
I've seen many P-51 builds. That is truly one of the best 51 builds that I have ever seen. Thanks so much for posting. Bob H.

Sid de Koning
Thanks guys for looking and all your comments and likes! Actual wood from a cigar box (to light cigars) was taken.. P-51B floors were actually like this, multiple panels left and right and on top of the curved pre-P-51B floors.
