Any News - 1/32 HK Mossie with 2 stage merlins

I thought HK was doing this sometime. Is there any news or timescale in the pipeline?

I have asked this on a few posts, the last time I asked, I was told that it is in the pipeline (a reliable source)which to me means nothing, These engines were surposed to be in the original kit to give you both choices, but the 3D designs posted clearly showed that they were wrong, a team went back to museium to do more research, then nothing was heard from them.

I suppose one might attempt a conversion with one of the available 2 stage Merlin resin sets intended for the Revell kit simply to guarantee the announcement of the HK release once 60% the way through cutting up the plastic

several attempts at these engines in 1/48 scale have been done the last one posted on here and cast by ex allycat man Alister was one of the better ones, the shape is often got wrong around the intake under the rear of the nacelle, having taken many pictures and taped up the real engine with measuring strips marked off in inches, the shape is very subtle and flows in curves the whole length, all of the intakes and vents are mainly add ons, with the exception of the chin intake, even here the curves are quit subtle.
