Ebay Airbrushes and badger heads

I was wondering if it was possiabe to use a genuine badger paint head and needle in a copy airbrush that is on sale on ebay.

This also goes for all the different makes that are copied

I have a badger 150 with 2 heads I was just wondering if it was worth buying one of the copies to use the body to save the messing about of head changing.

Dunno about the badger, but I had an Iwata copy and they looked identical but the threads were slightly different.

I've had 3 cheap airbrushes over the years and they've shared the badger hose connection but not the 150 needle/head.
