Strangeways
1/72 SG-28 gliders from KP. They come two-in-a-box, and there are several boxings with different markings and options, though all of the spurs are the same. Really simple kits – the Polish version with the gondola only had 11 parts. (I admit the camo on the Polish version is somewhat spurious, the KP instructions were quite vague and I couldn't find any other references.) Rigged with Uschi van der Rosten fine thread, turnbuckles are from Bob's Buckles. SaveSave Edited August 10, 2017 by Strangeways

bristol boy
They're great, I love the views from underneath that capture the translucence of the covering. I have a Bristol Boxkite I intend to do at some point and would love to know how you achieved that effect.

Ascoteer
Having flown a Slingby T38 Grasshopper (based upon the DFS SG38 but with a different mainplane) , and knowing how tiny they are, I must say these are impresssive.

Andy Dyck
Absolute amazing work! Built this one in 1/48 als you can See in one of my topics. So I am very impressed of your work, because it is very very smaller. The rigging in that scale must be a nightmare! Andy

Kuro Nezumi
Very nice gliders! The paintwork and the photography are simply sublime! It's scary to think that people flew those when were in service, even scarier when you see Shuttleworth's example gliding around!

vh-bob
Brilliantly done Mike, it just shows that in skilled hands 1/72 scale can hold it's own with the big boys. Keep it up Trev.

cngaero
Both are stunning builds, but the way you've captured the effect of clear doped linen is out of this world.
