Sgt.Squarehead
Did you know that gravity on that muddy planet is 3 times lower than on Endor? Bravo.....I concede!

MrBigBlock
I used a basic tamiya light grey primer... nothing else !
PhantomMajor
What are you planning to do in the way of weathering?
MrBigBlock
Ah ah... you want to know all my secrets... I plan to do standard grey weathering with a few dents on the upper side of the robot, and I'll add mud, water and some vegetal pieces on the legs... You have any more question?

MrBigBlock
Let me show you what I'm doing for the weathering of this Walker. Maybe you'll think that it's too much but according to the story I want to tell, it's coherent ! I worked on the head... Endor is really a moist planet ! As you can see, this side is not done yet !

Andy Moore
Very nice weathering. It really looks like it's spent a few days on patrol through the swamps. Andy
MrBigBlock
That's it... I'd say a few weeks... After the fall of the Empire, some soldiers decided to escape in the forests and marshes of Endor not to be captured by the rebels... This Walker is one of them ! Thanks for your support ! roymattblack
Will you be making a backdrop to go with it - as in the box picture? I built one similar years ago but couldn't keep it all as photographed as the dio was around 40" long and 24" high...! Sorry about the awful pic quality - 35mm film about 35 years ago. Great fun though - I'll be watching yours with interest as it's looking superb right now. Roy. Edited September 2, 2016 by roymattblack
