One more bit of advice before you get too far. Canadian Nuclear strike Starfighters weren't fitted with the cannon; they had extra fuel tanks instead. The Cannon wasn't installed until after the nuclear strike role was given up in 1972/73. Note the covered-over muzzle:

Hi jessica thanks for your interest and for the proper suggestions regarding the M61 cannon. This model belongs to the 417 Sq  (Serial number 12744 converted in 104744 (Canuck decals)  and dates back to the early 1970s era when the nuclear option was abandoned for the conventional one. My representation is precisely to capture the kind of restoration and in fact, the work will be represented inside a hangar with many parts removed (see the left wing, the nose and part of the tail) In this representation, it seems appropriate to insert the armament that, in historical reality respects what happened.

Okay, if you're doing that particular museum example, the chosen scheme would be correct. In reality, the shape of the Maple Leaves was changed in 1965 to the more angular leaf in the Canadian flag, and the "R" was removed from "RCAF" in 1968. By 1973, the markings had been changed to this for the European based 104s:

Lockheed_(Canadair)_CF-104_Starfighter_(

The bare metal scheme was retained for the Cold Lake birds, but the markings were pretty much identical to the green scheme:

At the very end of CF-104 service a few Cool Pool 104s were painted in the then-current camouflage scheme. I think it was in preparation for their sale to Turkey. Here's one. Note that it doesn't have the radar warning receivers the European aircraft were equipped with:
