Nigel Heath
I finished this pair today. The build thread can be found here. A nice pair of kits with great moulding and instructions let down by terrible Meng decals. I added the pitot tubes and guns using Albion Alloys tube and used PE seat belts as well as adding some detailing in the cockpit: This one has been weathered as though it has seen some action: I'm pleased with how much can be seen in the cockpit through the crystal clear canopy: This one is factory fresh with only a minimal amount of weathering: I hope you like them.

CedB
Very nice Nigel and, as usual, a very educational WiP. Still weird subjects though eh?
Nigel Heath
Weird and indeed impossible with that engine / cockpit layout.

Pete in Lincs
Top work as always, Nigel. Now lock them away in case that Hood bloke gets ideas.

Spitfire31
Nicely finished and certainly unusual! I think that Meng made a major blooper, though, in providing a turbine in the nose. Apparently, the Ku-4 was a ramjet project and a ramjet has no moving parts, much less a turbine – it depends on forward airspeed to work (hence the RATO units). Kind regards, Joachim

Jake Moon
Phenomenal work, Nigel. I built one of these earlier in the year, in that scatter scheme, and I'll definitely be using your WIP thread as a guide for when I get around to building the other.
