Grey Beema
Not sure if you are aware but there is a project to rebuild a Hawker Typhoon to flying condition. If successful this will be the only flying Typhoon in the world. If anyone is interested - they need your help and support. The project is on Facebook - just look up the Hawker Typhoon RB396 Restoration Project or take a look here (website is being updated) http://hawkertyphoon.com Go and take a look and if interested, follow the progress of the project or take a more active part...

My good mate Sam is a member of the team and flies the Harvard at Goodwood if any of you are down that way to pop in and chat. His grandfather was a Typhoon pilot and shot down over Holland. Some of the parts were recoverd which he aims to use in RB396. Awhile ago I made a model of his grandfathers aircraft: http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234960822-typhoon-tribute-some-more-photos-added/
