rockpopandchips Posted May 16, 2016 Author Share Posted May 16, 2016 I'm not even going to attempt to compete with Andy's excellent build thread for the ISD but just as a teaser here the docking bay all lit up!. 10 No 0.25mm fibre guides and a white LED. Now that looks fantastic, do you think you could fit a SMD into the command deck as well? I was thinking of putting just one or two in there and then drilling some 1mm holes to let the light out. If you can remould the front part in clear you might be able to do something. Luckily (or unluckily) for me I've ordered twice from aboard and been hit by customs/RM charges both times. Although it falls under the £15 mark I ain't taking the chance... for the moment. Mind you, that's only led to me looking at a small Revell Falcon with a mind to converting it. I wish I hadn't spotted this thread now ...
