rholland Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 So soon after Kiwi Resins release their Aerovan - there's a coincidence... Richard in NZ
wyverns4 Posted April 22, 2016 Posted April 22, 2016 I think they might need to revise their CAD drawings as there is a bit missing... Looking forward to this one arriving! Christian, exiled to the armpit of the universe
Ptmvarsityfan Posted April 22, 2016 Posted April 22, 2016 Very interested in this, especially with a tail and undercarriage! Sadly I cant justify the cost of the Kiwi Resin so hoping Micromir will be more affordable. They seem to have favourable reviews for their Beverley so have high hopes. Believe they are also doing Argosies in 1/144. Would the Aerovan be their first 1/72 project? Cheers, Paul 1
Truro Model Builder Posted April 23, 2016 Posted April 23, 2016 Micro-Mir are certainly releasing some of the more unusual subjects. Definitely a gap filler, particularly for anyone with an interest in the Israeli Air Force. Meanwhile, I have hopes of a 1/144 Andover or Nimrod...
Radleigh Posted April 23, 2016 Posted April 23, 2016 Put me down for one of these, I love obscure aircraft!

Latest 72nd release is a Tupolev TB-1/ANT-4. Paul Harrison Edited April 23, 2016 by GreenDragon
Flankerman Posted April 23, 2016 Posted April 23, 2016 (edited) Check out Mikro-Mir's website :- http://www.mikro-mir.com/ru/ It's in Ukrainian - but it should be self-explanatory to navigate... under 'Katalog' you have links to Aviation, Technlka (armour) and Flot (submarines) Or just use the drop-down list under the MM banner and chosse you language - Russian, Ukrainian or English. They also post here under Shops and Vendors :- http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/forum/490-mikromir/ Keep buying their models - and they will produce more ! Truro Model Builder Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 You know, the thought of a whiff has just popped into my head. Perhaps a Royal Navy COD version... hmm. 2
71chally Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Don't forget though, it did have to be able to overtake the carrier, especially for take-off! 3
