Col.
Well it looks a bit like a Hunter. From a distance. At this angle. In bits. As for those 'super' decals; if you need decals for a Dutch machine I've a set spare from the Revell kit. PM me your address and I'll fire them over to you
Scarlet
Nice box art though.

Hockeyboy76
The plastic is bad, it has a pitted finish, the seat is split into two halves horizontally with the upper part joining the lower which is already molded into the pit. Also there's no detail in the bay's but the wheels exhibit some nice rims & detail. Will post some pictures soon.
SimonR
Ah, the good old ZTS Playstik kit, I built one of these to see how it would stack up now the Revell kits are going for ridiculous sums, it can just about be battered to submission, I built it OOB (apart from decals) but not sure if a resin pit would fit which would help, heres my effort!

nimrod54
It's going to be a very eye-catching scheme with a Duck Egg Blue cockpit bud. What do they advise for the camo pattern?

Seeing as it is going to be a Dutch bird, I was thinking of a Orange & Blue camo wrap!

SimonR
Is it worth seeing if a resin pit will fit? Cheers Simon
Hockeyboy76
The kit is so bad I wouldn't waste the money on a resin pit. Even the decals Col sent me for the pit are too large. Hope to post some pics this weekend. Almost chucked it in the bin after seeing the wing join, but will continue with the build.

A good glass or two of some cheap wine might help with the build
Hockeyboy76
Evil stuff the old vino. Very good at giving me memory loss, 6months in Italy & I can hardly remember any of it. Anyway, I plan to get as much done as I can on this today as it sapping my will for the 80s GB. Edited May 8, 2016 by Hockeyboy76

Tomoshenko
Blimey mate silk purse and sow's ear spring to mind. Stick with though chap, it is a Hunter afterall and deserves to be served proud...even though the most accurate instruction is the amount of weight required.
Hockeyboy76
Today I have mostly been, Filling & sanding & priming! Then realised I had left off wing pylons & chin blisters, so Glueing, of course the fit is awfull, so more Filling & sanding & priming. Now ready for the Light Aircraft Grey underside, just need to fit that in around F1 tomorrow.
