Thats a bit nice!

I may have to invest, assuming my LHS can pull it's finger out and stock it.... :D

Excellent build, the finish is superb

Beautiful model lovely finish and just right on the weathering.

Any problems in the build, things you would change?

Dave

No problems and I wouldn't change a thing. Superb engineering on this. They keep getting better and better!

Foggy? Brittle? not sure what you mean.

I had not problems with mine, I did absolutely nothing to them. Just masked and painted. They fit perfectly.

Looks like an excellent kit built excellently. Very nice indeed, makes me want to start the little one!

Rob

This one? ;)

Built it last year. Also a gem of a kit. They reegineered this kit when they went up to 1/48. It was no simple pantograph up.

Lovely job on this bird. That camo is really crisp - do you mind me asking what method of masking you used to get such a quality result?

I use a hybrid method. I make paper masks for the wings and tail, then use tac worms to wrap the camo around the fuselage.

Easy peasy!

Mine arrived yesterday evening and I'm looking forward to tearing in to it. Unfortunately I need to be patient and clear the three sizeable builds that are already on the bench !!

Very nice build, matey, hope mine comes-out as nice as that.

That looks the business! I have two of the 1/72 ones in the stash and I can see one or two of these bigger ones joining them in the very near future. I reckon Airfix should have you on commission based on this thread....
