roymattblack
I don't know if any of you have seen this, but it's a fan-made feature-length film. You just HAVE to check it out. I was gobsmacked... Roy. Edited March 15, 2016 by roymattblack
SleeperService
That is seriously good. Thanks for the heads up!
Richard Baker
It is very well done. My only problem is the way things were filmed with soft out of focus glows- I know it was a way to make his compositing blend well but it gave me a headache (I had the same problem with 'Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow'). Ah- the problems with old eyes. The Horizon film was almost a one man production and a true labor of love.
Mike
Meh. The acting turned me off in the first few minutes, as did the weird slug makeup on their cheeks
cmatthewbacon
I watched about 15 minutes (almost nixed it immediately after the sub EE Doc Smith opening voiceover, but persevered). Full marks to the guy for all the work he's put into making it. It's a stellar job for a one man band. But... I guess it proved to me why Ronald Moore or messrs Kurzman and Orci are worth their money. It felt like a very well produced film of a bunch of fans cosplaying at a convention. Sorry... bestest, M. The original Kit Builder
Apparently, Paramount are suing this guy for using the Klingon language in it, on the basis that it breaches copyright.
roymattblack
Apparently, Paramount are suing this guy for using the Klingon language in it, on the basis that it breaches copyright. How stupid. So it's ok to use the name, ships, (Enterprise) uniforms, - entire concept and theme...
colbee2004
Give 'Star Trek:Renegades' a look, another really good, crowdfunded film
