Spitfire31 Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 Excellent model, serving as a good reminder that the Luftwaffe's early superiority in tactics and in battle savvy pilots was a result of the German involvment in the Spanish civil war. A minor point: depicting deployed flaps on a Bf 109 is a bit more involved than mounting the flaps in the down position, if you want the finer points to be fully correct. Both ailerons followed the flaps and drooped some 11° with the flaps fully deployed, in order to further assist lift during landing. Neat and tasteful modelling!
