G? Ok.

But not so many Kurfürsts from AZModel on this day O_o.

I am still waiting for Erla/Regensburg G-10 and have not seen any K's, too ...

I've always thought that the Friedrich was the most aesthetically pleasing 109, with the larger cowling and no struts but before it became the Gustav and being covered with various lumps and bumps. I think another part of the reason is that it wore some of the more attractive camouflage schemes used by the Luftwaffe in that mid-war period.

I'll be keen to see how these are received. The G-6s (?) got some iffy reviews for profile issues. I'll hope these are better in that respect. The Zvezda Fs are had to come by in the circles I move in. :(

Steve.

You know what I'd really like to see? Some of the Galland specials, with unique armament sets.

And Marseille's F-4/Trop with the red vertical stabilizer. Love that scheme.

I found the AZ's Gustav to have rather iffy fit and some questionable engineering decisions even if it looks good in the end, so hopefully the Friedrich (which I already have two in the stash) will be better. Still is a shame the very good interior is lost with a one-piece canopy.
