Kerr65
In conjunction with my first Spitfire build I bought an ancient (1973) Typhoon kit on eBay and had an easier time with it. Here are the results... I notice I have incorrectly masked the camouflage line below the nose and the supplied decals were difficult to apply due to their age. mcdonnell
Hello again,Mal - Complimenting your lovely 'Spitfire' is this equally impressive build of your 'Typhoon'.Regardless of any camouflage line issue, you've done a fine job of the paint and decalling work. The camouflage has good feathered edges and sharp demarcation where needed and despite their age there is no sign of silvering.A viewer could easily believe that this model is from a more modern and hi-tech kit.Well done,That Man!! All the best,Paul. Edited February 9, 2016 by mcdonnell

Darby
The old girl scrubbed up well. Many would scoff at older kits nowadays but once upon a time they were all we had.

Kerr65
Thanks, but decided it looked a bit bare underwing so purchased a set of resin/photoetch rockets (very fiddly)...
