Merit has produced a magnificent base to work from. A little bit more interior detail would ave been icing on the cake but I am extremely happy this MTB has become hardware instead of vaporware.

Very nice work fella, another cracker :)

Thank you, that's very kind :bye:

Great build - the finish and weathering are top notch.

Ross.

Thank you Ross, turned out quite well

I have been watching the progress right from the start of the WIP.

Fantastic quality build and paintwork.

Glad you have finished it so I can follow your next build

Cheers

K

Thank you K, next build is already underway :coolio::winkgrin:

Great work Gremlin.

She looks wonderful mate.

Elegant stand to sir.

:goodjob::goodjob::goodjob:

Simon.

Thank you very much Simon, the "bog standard bamboo chopping board" trick works again :analintruder::thumbsup:

I have watched your build from day one and it is the first item I click onto each day. I must say it is a masterful build and you deserve all praise for it!

Thank you Paul, it's a great model to build with excellent fit and gorgeous hull detailing so that does make life a bit easier during the build

An inspirational build !!

One complaint ..................

not enough close up shots in this post, come on don't be shy its worth seeing :poke:

Kev

Hi Kev, bored you lot enough with bad camera angles and wobbly focus during the build

Thanks mate, appreciated the support during the build

Have to agree, we need some more pictures in here dude.....Show us the full glory! :coolio:

Thanks Andy, I'll see what I can do. Might be interesting to line up the 1/35th set so far: Schnellboot, Vosper, MAS and G-5................................. :analintruder:

She looks superb, a job very well done.

Thanks Dave, come on now with your build, it's a nice one to see if you have recharged your mojo enough

Cracking job, great WIP and awesome end result, well done.

All the best Chris

Thank you very much Chris, thanks for keeping an eye on the build

Brilliant Julian just wot the doc ordered !!

The G-5 is a cracking build. The engine room detailing adds another dimension. The figures bring it alive

Top marks in my opinion, thank you for sharing it with us.

Your growing fleet looks excellent, really puts the boat in perspective re size, armament, hull characteristic etc

Four quite different approaches to the same problem.

Might I suggest a few additions

77/80' Elco

Fairmile D/B

HDML

I could continue.....................

I have had the Italeri Elco in my stash since it was first released, along with crew and PE. Just never got around to building it...............................
