thepureness
Hi everyone I've just completed my 2nd Airfix 1/72 Avro Shackleton, another aircraft that my grandfather served on which was stationed at RAF st Eval in 1955. I built this for the Made in GB group build and thought I would share it here, for the peeps that aren't interested in GBs which would otherwise miss it. Kit build oob, http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234994313-airfix-172-avro-shackleton-wg557-ll-raf-st-eval-october-1955/ And for those that would like to see the 2 Shackletons together And both together in their new home Hope you all like it I've had to redo the pictures, some numbty left the nose masking on

Val
Superb model!!! I love the Shackleton and I want to get a kit for my birthday next week. Both your kits look incredible!! I don't whether to get this or the Revell version... this seems to be better detailed inside, Revell looks to have nice external details; I like the rivetts... But I could do them myself with a wheel and they'd look more subtle that way too... first world problems!!
Meatbox8
I certainly do like. Great looking pair of Shackletons. I think mine is going to advance up the stash pile having seen these.
