whitestar12chris
Some very nice submarines there, not seen an Albacore before, very nice. A number of kit conversions i assume with the exception of the Alfa, Albacore, Ohio and Nautilus. All the best Chris

merriman
As a life long fan of Jules Verne, I love the Nautilus - is it a kit or did you make her yourself? I assembled the 31" static-display Brodeen kit, converting it to r/c by devising a two-axis gimbal to swing the propeller to achieve pitch control and to enhance (working in concert with the rudder) yaw. Scott Brodeen has produced the definitive Disney NAUTILUS kit. It leaves nothing to be desired -- cast resin, cast metal, and parts of exceptional dimensional accuracy and faithfulness to prototype. Wonderful work! The parts just fall together. And here's a video of the thing. I'm instructing a customer as to the care and feeding of the model as well as how to drive it. I do this stuff professionally. I've assembled three of these kits to date. David
