what happened to my force awakens post?

i posted a comment about the new film and my thoughts about it but that post seems to have disappeared, can someone tell me why?

becuase you didn't put a highly visible SPOILER in the title, lest someone lets slip part of the plot in the thread and spoils it for those yet ot see it

there weren't any spoilers as far as i am aware, surely it would have been easier to alter the topic line rather than delete a thread that had ten posts on it

My guess is that because not everyone has seen it yet the mods don't want a thread stating that or ruining the film for others or giving away plot points, I didn't see your original thread so don't know what you said so as I said I'm just guessing

It might help if you detailed which thread you posted it in and when. Just making an assumption here but did you hit the post button and confirm it actually did post?

It got moved, with all its posts, into the "Looks as if Star Wars is back big time" thread by the mods, as they tend to with any thread that duplicates an already existing one. There's a reason why it's suggested that you search for other threads on the same subject before starting a new one. "Science Fiction Discussion" is for discussion of science fiction modelling; "Entertainment Central", where you'll find the Star Wars thread very near the top, is where general chat about movies and TV goes...
