Paul J
The DC-4 is clearly the expected civil version for which all the parts are in the USAF kit except the passenger seating and passenger entry door. Will there be an alternative in the decal options???
mirageiv
A new tool Typhoon, again? Or maybe with just updated parts and decals The twin seat Gripen looks class, also the '60 jahre' set. If the decals in that set are decent (recent releases suggest very good ones), the equivalent aftermarket purchase to get those schemes (Later Tornado, F-104, later Phantom and Typhoon) I wouldn't think will be to far off the price of the whole Revell set, but with 2 very good and 2 decent kits thrown in, it should be a relative bargain! John Meyer
Can anyone confirm the SS United States as the old tool or is it new?
GreenDragon
Probably the old waterline kit from 1953(?), that was 1/600th scale. Paul Harrison

Andre B
Is Revell goin back to "box scale kits"? What are they thinking of when they making kits in 1/300 (the german frigate) and 1/450 (HMS Victory). What's wrong with the 1/350 scale (and what was wrong with the 1/400 Heller scale)? But at last I can have an spaceship to my 1/160 scale Minitrix railway... I built the SS United States for about 30 years ago but I dont have any memory of that this was an waterline kit? I had it together with the Airfix RMS Queen Elisabeth, Revell Titanic and others...
Val
1/32 F/A-18E sounds interesting!! Is the 777 a rebox, or have Revell previously made one? Thanks, Val
Caution Wake Turbulence
The 777 is a rebox of the recent Zvezda kit. Andrew

Val
The 777 is a Zvezda rebox. Ahhh I wondered if that would be the case. Great news as I'll probably be able to get a Revell boxing easier Thanks for that info, Val
SeaVenom
It seems to be the same old thing over and over. Grey battleships, reissues, cars and aeroplanes that have been done by other manufacturers.....often many times. Nothing new and inspiring. Grey battleships, reissues, cars and aeroplanes that have been done by other manufacturers.....often many times. Nothing new and inspiring. Couldn't agree more, great big yawn as far as I'm concerned. Thank God for AMK, Kinetic and Kittyhawk, though the quality can vary at least they're doing kits of subjects that either haven't been done before, or not for a very long time!
Fatcawthorne
Single seat 1/48th Typhoon is back, and the 1/32 Super Hornet sounds interesting? Well I'm well chuffed the Typhoon's being re-released. The prices these have been fetching on EvilBay recently have been staggering. Getting one or four of these might even be good aversion therapy for the psychological damage I have recently sustained completing (or should it be competing with???) Italeri's Typhoon, despite it being dressed up in a lovely Revell box with lovely Revell Instructions and lovely Revell transfers....... you get the picture!!!. SeaVenom
Couldn't agree more, great big yawn as far as I'm concerned. Thank God for AMK, Kinetic and Kittyhawk, though the quality can vary at least they're doing kits of subjects that either haven't been done before, or not for a very long time! Absolutely. And not forgetting companies like Wingnut, Meng and Takom. If it wasn't for these companies we'd probably have had zero new WW1 kits for the centenary. Plus of course Round 2 doing an all new Space 1999 eagle (which had some of the most votes in Revells poll).
Paul A H
The T-55A and Flower Class Corvette (Snowberry) look the most interesting to me. Yes, the T-55 is good news. I'd sell my Ace kits if it weren't for the overwhelming guilt associated with taking someone's money for them.
